Quality care since 1998

We have been taking care of children every weekday since 1998.

It all started when our own children were just small, going to Glenholme School themselves. There was no after-school help for working parents so we talked to the school principal at the time, Barry Roberts, and we have been operating out of the Glenholme School hall every weekday since.

Fast-forward 20 years and we now have over 80 children in the afternoons and holidays, with a team of over 10 staff members providing care.

Glenholme School

Lead by Maryanne, we have children from Glenholme, St Mary’s and Rotorua intermediate during the school term. This is also our centre for the Holiday Programme.

OSCAR accredited

We are an Out of School Care and Recreation (OSCAR) approved childcare center.

This means we meet the relevant legislation and best-practice standards of childcare, health and safety, and employment set by the Ministry of Social Development, which are reviewed bi-annually.

As an OSCAR approved centre, you as a parent could get financial support from the OSCAR Fee Subsidy.

“Becoming accredited means that parents can be confident that the proper polices and systems are in place.”
